This game takes the gameplay of the historian Double Wires but it adds the blood. Pretty much your cable will be static once hooked (not as in Double Wires, After a couple of seconds stood) and you can lengthen or shorten it and sway to give you the momentum. The problem is that here if it slams against something boo-boos and limbs detach (with great ease) spouting blood around.. Try to do it using less wires and losing less arts can. If you end up below the screen you die, If you are completely dismembered you die. With the bar disconnect the cable and pressing it again will run another. With the arrow you move while you're hanging.
